Drawing St. Andrew’s Cross

If you wanted a challenge, this wasn’t the design to select. It’s very, very easy to make, as it’s just a slightly compressed X.

For those of you that prefer working against a grid, here’s the pattern to follow:

Otherwise, just follow these steps:

Prepare a rectangle that’s 4 by 5. This is just short of a square.
Place a mark on the outside fourths of the top and bottom of your rectangle.
Connect each mark to the opposite corner.
And you’re done.
